General Questions
Q: What is the difference between a personal and company account ?
A personal account can only have one user with registered access
to it whereas a company account gives an account administrator the
ability to add users with varying permission levels.
Q: Can I change the look and color scheme of my account ?
Yes - once you register with the site, an account management tab
will provide you with the ability to modify the look of your account
page as well as edit and remove links.
Q: Can I delete an account after it has been created ?
Yes - if you want to have your account deleted, please
contact
us and we will do so.
Q: What do I do if I forgot my password ?
Go to the login page for a
personal
or
company account
and click the "Forgot your password" link toward the bottom of the
page.
Company Account Specific Questions
Q: What type of permission settings are available to the account admin ?
There are three types of permission levels: view only, contributor
and administrator. View only users can login and access the links.
Contributors can both view and add additional links to the account
while account administrators have full acces to add, edit and delete
links as well as customize the account look and feel.
Q: Can I modify a user after creating them ?
The account administrator can add, edit and delete users as they
wish.
